Baby It's Cold Outside

Diversity in programming is something to be expected in Aurora Chorus concerts. Baby It's Cold Outside  will not disappoint! Aurora will be giving the West Coast premiere of "Tundra" by Ola Gjeilo, an exciting young composer who is taking a major place on the stage of American choral music.  Other contemporary choral highlights include David MacIntyre's exhilarating "Ave Maria," a mantra on the divine feminine, and works by Aurora's director, nationally renowned composer Joan Szymko. Also on the program, Pink Floyd's "On the Turning Away," a rap on the "Common Cold," and Libby Roderick's anthem to human dignity, "How Can Anyone."
